Interview - Please answer the following questions online, if you or anyone you know and care for seem to be experiencing difficulties caused by a Traumatic Event.

A. Have you been exposed to a traumatic event? 심한 충격을 받은 적이 있나요? -
If so, please describe what happened. - 충격을 입었다면 어떤일이 있었나요?
Enter the date of the incident, if you remember. - 어느날?
If you don't remember the date exactly, then approximately when did it occur? - 정확한 날짜를 기억할수 없으면, 언제쯤?

B. Reexperiencing this traumatic event caused significant distress or disability for at least 1 month : Did the memory of it force you to give up or greatly reduce important activities like work, sports, meeting friends or relatives? - 그일이 있은후 한달이상 그일이 계속 기억되어 해야할 중요한일들, 가야할곳, 만나야할사람들을 피하거나 포기한 적이 있읍니까?
C. This traumatic experience was persistently reexperienced in at least one of the following ways: 1). Kept remembering this traumatic event: Recurrent and intrusive distressing recollections of the event (in young children, repetitive play in which themes or aspects of the trauma are expressed). After this terrible experience. - Did you keep remembering it when you didn't want to? - 그일을 당한후... 기억하지않으려 해도 그때의 그일이나 어떤장면들이 계속 또는 반복해 떠오르나요?
2). Kept having distressing dreams or nightmares about this traumatic event. - Did you keep having dreams or nightmares about it? - 그것들에 관한 괴로운 꿈이나 악몽을 반복해서 꾼적이 있읍니까?
3). Kept suddenly feeling as if this traumatic event were recurring: Sudden acting or feeling as if the traumatic event were recurring (includes a sense of reliving the experience, illusions, hallucinations, and dissociative (flashback) episodes, even those that occur upon awakening or when intoxicated). - Did you ever suddenly act or feel as though it was happening again, even though it wasn't? - 그일이나 상항이 나 어떤장면들이 마치 다시일어날것 처럼 갑짜기 놀라거나 움찟해 질때가 있었나요?
4). Kept becoming very upset when reminded of this traumatic event: Intense psychological distress at exposure to events that symbolized or resembeled an aspect of the traumatic event, including anniversaries of the trauma. - Did it upset you very much whenever you were reminded of this experience? -그일이 떠오를(상기될) 때마다 괴로웠나요?
D. Persistent avoidance of stimuli associated with the trauma or numbing of general responsiveness (not present before the trauma), as indicated by at least three of the following: 1). Tried hard not to think about this traumatic event; Avoided thoughts or feelings associated with this traumatic event. Did you try hard not to think about it?
2). Tried hard to avoid reminders of this traumatic event: Avoided activities or situations that arouse recollections of this traumatic event. - Did you go out of your way to avoid activities or situations that might have reminded you of it?
3). Developed psychogenic amnesia for this traumatic event: Inability ti recall an important aspect of the trauma. - Did your memory go blank for all or part of this experience?
4). Developed markedly diminished interest in significant activities after this traumatic event: Markedly diminished interest in significant activities (in young children, loss of recently acquired developmental skills such as toilet training or language skills). - Did you markedly loss interest in doing things that used to be important to you?
5). Developed a feeling of detachment or estrangement from others after this traumatic event. - Did you feel isolated or distant from other people? - 다른사람들로부터 쇠외감이나 거리감을 느꼈었나요?
6). Developed a restricted range of emotions after this traumatic event: Restricted range of affect, e.g., feeing unable to have loving feeling. - Did you find you no longer had loving or warm feelings towards anyone? - 사랑스럼이나 정다운 느낌을 그전처럼 남들한테 느끼지 못했읍니까?
7). Developed a sense of a foreshortened future after this traumatic event: Sense of a foreshortened future, e.g., did not expect to have a career, children, or a long life. - After this traumatic experience, did you begin to feel that there was no point in thinking about the future anymore?
E. Persistent symptoms of increased arousal (not present before the trauma), as indicated by at least two of the following: 1). Developed insomnia after this traumatic event. - Did you have more trouble falling asleep, or staying asleep?
2). Developed irritability or outbursts of anger after this traumatic event. - Did you act unusually irritable or lose your temper a lot?
3). Developed difficulty concentrating after this traumatic event. - Did you have more trouble concentration than was usual for you?
4). Developed hypervigilance after this traumatic event. - Did you become overly concerned about danger or overy careful and watchful?
5). Developed an exaggerated startle response after this traumatic event. - Did you become jumpy or easily startled so that ordinary noises or movements would make you jump or put you on guard?
6). Developed marked physiological distress when exposed to remninders of this traumatic event: Physiologic reactivity upon exposure to events that symbolized or resembled an aspect of the traumatic event. - Did you sweat or did your heart beat fast or did you tremble whenever you were reminded of this experience?
F. Delayed onset (at least six months after the trauma): Specify delayed onset if the onset of symptoms was at least six months after the trauma. - Did it take at least 6 months before it started interfering wit your life or activities a lot?
